What it is
Test Stress Toolkit is a calm, grown-up-looking printable for teens (ages 13 to 18), written to the teen. It covers the whole test, start to finish: figuring out what's actually on it, planning the studying, staying steady in the room, bouncing back after, and knowing what to say to a teacher. No lectures, no cartoon faces, nothing babyish. Most test anxiety worksheets stop at "notice your feelings." This kit also gives teens the practical side that takes a lot of the fear out: a "What's Actually on the Test" decoder, a count-back study plan, study methods that really stick, a game plan for the first 2 minutes, the middle, and the last 5, a Mistake Detective page for when the test comes back, and word-for-word scripts plus a fill-in email for asking a teacher about help, corrections, retakes, accommodations, or a missed test.
