What it is

You know what you need to do. You might even want to do it. But you still can't make yourself start. Stuck to Started is a calm, grown-up-looking kit written to the teen (ages 13 to 18) for that exact moment: getting from "I can't" to the first five minutes, without shame, lectures, or streaks. It starts with a plain-language page on why starting is hard (and why it isn't about how much you care), then a Stuck Finder that sorts stuck into six kinds: too big, too boring, don't know how, scared it'll be bad, low battery, and too many things. Each kind points to the fix that fits, including 24 color-coded five-minute start cards. There's a two-minute "Unstuck in Five" routine, a Make It Smaller breaker, body-doubling ideas with ready-to-send texts, a reward menu, a start log that counts starts instead of finishes, an "I didn't do it. Now what?" bounce-back page, and a page for the adults at home.
