What it is
Most teens become night owls for a few years. Their body clock really does shift later, so being wide awake at 11 p.m. and wrecked at 7 a.m. is biology, not laziness. Night Owl Reset is a calm, grown-up-looking plan written to the teen (ages 13 to 18) that moves sleep a little earlier, about 15 minutes at a time, without lectures, grades, or streaks. Teens start with a one-page plain-science explainer and a "my sleep right now" check, then pick a goal and plan small nudges. They give their phone a bedtime (with a cut-out parking spot and ready-to-send texts for friends), build their own last 30 minutes from a wind-down menu, and track two weeks with one line a night. A missed night resets nothing. There's a School-Morning Rescue page for the morning after a short night, a "More Than a Late Clock" page on when to bring in a doctor, and a page to hand to a parent or caregiver.
