What it is
Kids draw or write a worry on a slip, color in how big it feels, and put it in the jar. At worry time they read it again, sort it, and do one calm thing. Once a week, the Look Back page asks: did it really happen? Most worries never do, and the ones that do usually turn out smaller. Kids get to see that for themselves.
What's included
- 6 worry slips, each with a "How big is it?" meter (tiny to huge)
- Worry Sort mat: "Can I do something about it?"
- Worry Time routine with 5 picture steps
- Look Back page: did it happen, and how big is it now?
- 3 jar labels + 3 lid toppers for a real jar, box or cup
- Paper jar poster for families without a jar
- Grown-up guide, including when a worry shouldn't wait for the jar
