What it is
Picture routines that help kids get through the morning and wind down at bedtime, one step at a time. Both charts have a "How do I feel?" step built in, using the same friendly faces as the Joy Chaser feelings cards. Gentle "Now I can…" wording invites instead of orders, and the My Week page helps kids who live in more than one home know what's coming.
