What it is
Goodnight, Body is a deck of 30 bedtime wind-down cards for kids ages 4 to 10. The front of each card is a big, simple picture, so even kids who can't read yet can choose. The back is a short script for you to read aloud in your slowest, softest voice: a body check, a sleepy breath, a dream trip, or a cozy close. Little dots in the script show you where to pause for a breath. Each card takes about 30 to 60 seconds. No screens, no props, no audio. Just you, your voice, and a few calm minutes at the end of the day.
What's included
- 30 two-sided cards (3.75 x 5 in, four per page):
- 2 blank "My Own Goodnight" cards to write your family's own
- The Sleepy Menu: a picture menu of all 30 cards so kids can point and choose
- Our Goodnight Plan: a simple wind-down routine page, plus "Still awake? That's okay" ideas
- Sleepy Hills: a finger-trace breathing page where each hill gets longer and lower, so breaths get slower
- Worries Go Here: a worry pocket to hang by the bed, plus 6 worry slips to draw or write on
- Grown-up guide and printing guide
