What it is

Sibling Peace Talks is an at-home kit for the everyday fights between brothers and sisters. Kids cool off first, then sit face to face on a two-way talk mat that reads right side up from both sides. One talks, one listens, then they switch. Together they pick a fix from a picture menu, and both of them have to say yes. Grown-ups get a coaching page, so you can help without picking a winner.

What's included

  • How Peace Talks Work: 4 picture steps (cool off, talk it out, fix it, start fresh)
  • 9 cool-off cards (balloon breaths, calm spot, squeeze a pillow, and more)
  • 4 signal cards ("I need a break," "I'm ready to talk," "Can we try again?," "I need a grown-up") + round Talker and Listener pieces
  • One-page two-way talk mat: what happened to me, I felt (picture faces), what I wish, I heard you
  • Big talk mat: side A + side B tape together into one large mat
  • Fix-It Menu: 12 picture fixes for the problem and for the feelings
  • Family Peace Rules poster with space for your own rule and family signatures
