What it is
A lot of tweens and teens talk more in the car than anywhere else. You sit side by side, nobody has to make eye contact, there's something to look at, and the ride has a built-in end. Riding Shotgun gives that ride a starting point: the passenger holds the deck, picks a lane, draws a card, and reads it out loud. The driver just listens and answers. The driver never reads or handles the cards.
