What it is

Most family meeting printables are a single agenda sheet for grown-ups. This kit gives kids the jobs. Each person gets a role (Leader, Timekeeper, Snack Boss, Note Keeper, Cheer Captain or Mic Keeper) with simple lines to say out loud, so even a young child can lead. The agenda board has minutes built in: snack and hello, a compliment round, the week ahead, one thing to fix, a fun plan, and a family cheer. Fifteen minutes, then done. Problems get handled one at a time, with no blame. Kids fill in topic slips during the week, the family works through five simple steps, and every decision is a one-week try that gets checked at the next meeting: keep it, change it, or drop it.
